This event will feature a fabulous dinner with choice of Herb Crusted Prime Rib with Horseradish Cream Sauce or Oven Roasted Salmon with Sweet Thai Chili Glaze and served with Bourbon Glazed Trio Carrots and Roasted Baby Red Potatoes with Olive Oil, Rosemary & Garlic. A mixed green salad with cucumbers, grape tomatoes, dried cherries and red onions. Prior to dinner a Signature Cheese Display featuring smoked gouda, dill havarti, provolone, swiss, horseradish cheddar, brie and maytag blue served with water crackers. Cash bar being provided by Hilton Garden Inn. There will also be a silent auction and live music.
Pre-sale tickets are $50 a person or $60 at the door.
