Join Energy Medicine Yoga author Lauren Walker to learn how to optimize the energetic systems of your body. This class will meet for 8 weeks, Either Tuesday nights at The Wave, or Thursday nights at 713. e. 13th st (the old Red Union Salon space, upstairs, entry around back). Class times 6:45-8:15 pm. Both classes will explore these systems in the context of a yoga practice. You'll leave with a working knowledge of your body's energy as well as tools to boost immune function, vitality, flexibility and overall health.
