Columbia Falls Speaks Toastmasters is hosting an open house for their annual speech contest. It will be held Tuesday, Feb. 21, 6:30 p.m. at the Freedom Bank Conference Room in Columbia Falls. Members will be competing in two contests. The international speech competition is for 5 to 7 minute speeches with the topic chosen by the member. The other contest is an evaluation contest where members evaluate a speech in two to three minutes. The winners of these contests advance to area competition and compete against club members from Big Fork, Kalispell, and White Fish. The public is invited to attend this fun and informative event.
