15th Death-By-Chocolate Murder Mystery Fundraiser Description:
Guests at this popular event become crime-solvers when a murder occurs at the Conrad Mansion amidst wine, hors d'oeuvres, music and chocolate desserts. Black tie, red carpet and a cast of 1960s Hollywood A-listers will be part of the mayhem and murder. Clues found in rooms help determine the culprit. The show is written and directed by talented Montana native Leah Lindsay and Lane Smith. Raffle tickets for a variety of beautiful gift baskets supplied by generous community sponsors will also be available for purchase.

Guests are encouraged to dress in costume; choose your favorite star or look from 1960 and bring your sleuthing skills to solve the crime.

Dates: Friday, April 29 and Saturday, April 30, 2016
Tickets are $55 each or 2/$100. Age 21 .
Purchase tickets at the Conrad Mansion Museum; Whitefish - Whitefish Gift and Gear, 229 Central Avenue; and Kalispell - The Bookshelf, 101 Main Street.

Proceeds from this Death By Chocolate Event are earmarked for a professional assessment of several cracked stained glass panels and the replacement of the Mansion's worn carpet runners.

The mission of the Conrad Mansion Museum is to preserve and exhibit the 1895 Charles Conrad Family Estate through public tours, educational programs, and community events. The historic Conrad Mansion is located on Woodland Avenue between 3rd and 4th streets East. Charles E. Conrad's home was designed by Spokane architect Kirtland Cutter in 1895. Mr. Conrad platted and named the city of Kalispell, Montana. He was active in shipping, mining, banking and the cattle industry in the state.
