Beginner's class in the art of Tai Chi and Qigong. Flathead Valley favorites David Calabretta and Karen Nesbitt will be offering demonstrations and instructions for community members of all ages. It's OK to have a physical limitation; it's OK to make a mistake; it's OK to crack a joke. There will be music, fun, laughter and fellowship.
