Use silk as the canvas and fabric dyes as the paint to create ready to frame art! Students will be guided through the process of stretching fabric, applying resist, controlling dye, mixing colors, and creating special effects. Tools and materials are included in the cost of the workshop. Students need to bring drawings or photographs of design ideas. Simple subjects, such as flowers, birds, fish, etc., are recommended. (Bring lunch)
Cost for 1 day workshop: $70 (Members receive 10% discount)
