Sponsored by Costco Wholesale, Kalispell Parks & Recreation and Park Side Credit Union, celebrate the joy of dog companionship at Doggie Dayz on Saturday, September 20 at Depot Park in Kalispell from 11am - 2pm. Canines and their owners are invited to celebrate in the fun of entering raffles and fun contests for a chance to win wonderful prizes from Costco. Contest entry fees are $3 per contest and contestants will be evaluated in the areas of: Dog Tricks, Dog/Owner Lookalike, Ugliest Dog, Cutest Dog and Best Costume. Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
All of the proceeds from Doggie Dayz will help benefit homeless animals at the Humane Society of Northwest Montana, home of the Charlotte Edkins Animal Adoption Center and benefit homeless animals at the Flathead County Animal Shelter.
Adoptable dogs will be on-hand to "meet & greet."
Depot Park is located in downtown Kalispell at the corner of Main Street and Center Street.
