Join Farm Hands- Nourish for these two classes focusing on preparing healthy, delicious, and affordable dishes using local foods and resources. Taught by Whitney Pratt, an experienced farmer, educator, and farm to table advocate, each recipient will receive the recipes from the evenings course as well as a box of locally sourced food and a copy of the "Good and Cheap" cookbook, written for healthy dining on a budget.
