Lone Pine State Park
-Saturday, October 25 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM-

Montana State Parks (stateparks.mt.gov) is hosting Bat Day at Lone Pine State Park on Saturday, October 25 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Come join the monstrous celebration of the wonderful world of bats! Bat crafts and games will take place from 1:00 PM until 1:40 PM followed by a costume contest at 1:45 PM. The contest will acknowledge those dressed as bats and other creatures of the night, so be prepared to show off your zaniest attire to classic monster mash tunes.

Following the contest, biologist Angela Daenzer, with the Northern Rocky Mountain Grotto, will give an interactive presentation on the intriguing nature of bats and the value of their existence. Bring your family and friends to Lone Pine for this special Bat Day event!
