Castle Sagestone, a new Flathead wedding & event venue, is holding a Halloween party to benefit The Sparrows Nest NW Montana on Saturday, October 25th from 7 pm to Midnight.
Tickets are $10 donation at the door and costumes are fiercely encouraged. Attendees can partake of frightening food, dazzling drinks, ghoulish games, a freaky photo booth, a silent auction, and fabulous prizes - including a "Weekend at the Castle" package for the one lucky winner.
Net proceeds from these spooky shenanigans will go toward renovations at the new Sparrows Nest shelter to provide a safe haven for homeless teens in NW Montana. It is more than a little scary that a recent survey revealed that up to 350 Flathead Valley teens have been identified as homeless - many couch surfing at friends' homes when they can, and many others living in either their vehicle or an abandoned building. The Sparrows Nest's mission is to provide safe, supportive housing for homeless high school students in Flathead County, enabling them to graduate from high school and become productive, contributing members of our community.
