ImagineIF Libraries and the Flathead Nonprofit Development Partnership (NpDP) will host two free workshops on Friday, October 31, in the basement meeting room at ImagineIF Kalispell.

Overview of Foundation Directory Online
10:15-11:45 a.m.
This hands-on workshop provides an introduction to the Foundation Center database, the leading tool for research on private and corporate foundations. Attendees will have the opportunity to follow along during the training and sample searches.

Qualifying Possible Funders
12:45-2:15 p.m.
This workshop focuses on how to use the search results from the database to qualify possible foundations to approach for grants. Using a case study and group discussion approach, attendees will learn strategies for selecting and interacting with foundations and leave with questions they can use to screen potential foundations.
