KILA, MT…..Marc Nevas, founder and director of Ananda Seva Montana, announces a series of free introductory presentations: “Yogic Wisdom, Unlocking Your Hidden Potential,” at three Flathead Valley locations the week of November 15.
Join Marc on Monday, November 16, 2009 at Imagine Health in Columbia Falls at 7:30 PM, Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at the Bohemian Grange in Whitefish at 7:00 PM, and Thursday, November 19, 2009 at Above and Beyond Pilates at 647 Commerce St. in Bigfork at 7:00PM. Yogic Wisdom refers to the innate wisdom locked deep in the consciousness of each individual. Through the use of yogic tools such as yoga, meditation, healthy diet and balanced mind one can invite calm approach, inner serenity and vibrant health into your life.
Marc, the founder and Executive Director of the Ananda Seva Yoga Center in Kalispell has traveled to India extensively for advanced instruction and training in meditation practices and has been ordained as a yogic minister after receiving over 1,000 hours of specialized training. Currently Marc specializes in giving public talks, seminars and teaching meditation.
Ananda Seva of Montana is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles, stress reduction and inner peace through yogic practices and meditation.
