Diabetes Workshop

Description:
The North Valley Patient Advocate Program is holding a free diabetes workshop. Speakers are: Carrie Archibald, RD/LN; Darlene Bestwick, PharmD; Myrt Webb, Caregiver.

There will be a small group breakout at the end of the workshop to ask questions and have an opportunity to provide your contact information for further support from other caregivers.
