Know Your Diabetes Game Plan

Description:
This is a free program that introduces the child or teen with type 1 diabetes, along with the parent, to the basics of diabetes, such as insulin and blood sugar patterns, and how normal growth and lifestyle changes can impact these patterns.
Refreshments, snacks, and a free glucose meter will be available to participants.
