Summit Independent Living Center, a United Way Member agency, is offering an eight-week Living Well with a Disability Workshop in Kalispell. The workshop will meet on Mondays from 1:00 to 3:00 PM beginning March 4th. Living Well with a Disability is a health promotion workshop that will help you explore topics including: goal setting, problem solving, avoiding depression, advocacy, nutrition, exercise techniques and much more. The workshop is facilitated by people who have disabilities and who provide an atmosphere of positive encouragement towards achieving greater health and quality of life.
