After School Art Classes
Ages 7 - 14
Classes meet on Tuesdays from 3:30 - 4:50 pm
(Sessions begin with a 15 minute "free drawing" period, so students will not miss key instruction time if they arrive by 3:45 pm)
Paper, paint, markers, crayons, and glue are just the beginning of our art adventures. Pre-school artists and their adult helpers will share fun art projects that encourage creativity and develop basic art skills.
Experiments with Watercolor
January 8, 15, 22, 29
Students use their imagination to create a variety of watercolor paintings. Experiment with different kinds of brushes, paint on different types of watercolor paper, learn to mix colors using both tube and pan paints, and try new painting techniques.
Cost for 4-session class: Museum members/$25, Non-members/$30
