Marathon Workshop and Clinic

Description:
The entire 6-session program will be presented by Jeff Cowie, a
short-to marathon distance runner for over 30 years. Individual
sessions at runner's choice by appointment. Register at The Wave's
service desk.
$75 or $40 if Two Bear Marathon paid application turned in at time of registration.
