Windflower Native Plant Nursery Tour

Join native plant grower Terry Divoky of Windflower Native Plant Nursery for a tour of her small native plant nursery near West Glacier on Saturday, July 19 at 10:00am. The field trip is sponsored by the Flathead Chapter of the Montana Native Plant Society, a non-profit group dedicated to protecting native plants in the state. Please call Terry at 387-5527 or email her at tddivoky@centurytel.net for directions and more information. Terry will discuss propagation of native plants, including which species grow in dry, damp, and wet locations. Ask questions about growing your own native plants and see what Terry currently has growing. Time permitting, see demonstrations about collecting, cleaning and storing seeds.
