Bill Frazier, past chairman of the Montana Arts Council (1995-2005), is a lawyer whose emphasis is on art-related legal issues. He is an instructor and advisor for numerous seminars in art law. Topics to be covered include: copyright, Limited Editions, Indian Arts & Crafts Act, Visual Artists Rights Act, Auctions, and Montana Law for gallery and dealer responsibilities with taxes and contract interpretation.
