Movie Night Fundraiser for Gateway to Glacier Trail

At the Belton Chalet in West Glacier, on March 1, Leif Haugen will present Brian Bolster's award-winning documentary film "The Lookout" which features Leif Haugen at the Flathead National Forest's Thoma Lookout. He'll discuss the film and his 18 years as a forest fire lookout. In addition, he'll show Bolster's newest documentary film, "Mercantile" about the Polebridge Merc. It will be featured at the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival in February. This will be the first showing of this film in the Flathead. Suggested donation: $6 per adult, or $15 for a family. All proceeds will go to build the Gateway to Glacier Trail, a paved, separated bike path from Coram to West Glacier along Highway 2.
