Lions are an international group of men and woman working together to answer the needs that challenge communities around the world. Since 1917 the assocation has provided millions of people the opportunity to give back to their community. The main goal of the organization is to end preventable blindness through eudcation, awareness and research. In addition, clubs also participate in a vast range of community service projects from cleaning local parks to providing assistance to community service groups.
