International Wildlife Film Festival

Description:
Children's House Montessori School is hosting a festival of award winning films from the International Wildlife Film Festival on Friday, January 25th at the O'Shaughnessy Center in Whitefish. There will be a live raptor exhibit at 5pm followed by several top award-winning films geared towards a family audience from 6-8pm.
The International Wildlife Film Festival and Media Center, located in Missoula, Montana, was established in 1977 and is the longest running event of its kind. Children's House Montessori School is proud to sponsor the International Wildlife Film Festival, which features films from around the world that are entertaining, and excel in scientific accuracy and educational value.
Children attending the event are encouraged to dress as their favorite animal for the wild animal parade at intermission. Come early to experience live raptors from Wildlife Return, native animal displays, and hands on educational activities. McKenzie River Pizza, desserts and beverages will be available.
Tickets are available at Imagination Station in Whitefish and Kalispell for $8 pre-sale; tickets will be $10 at the door.
