An Introduction to our Lifestyle Transformation Program
$140, 9-4pm
Includes: postural assessment, guidelines for exercise, fat loss principles, meal planning, Q & A session with our trainers and coaches, cardiovascular fitness and strength training for advanced participants, as well as a yoga stretch session. Lunch, snacks, and information packet provided.
Registration will be limited to the first 20 entries.
