Description:
The Frontier Angel Fund, LLC will continue to meet its
mission of angel investor education by offering a half day workshop on how to
value pre revenue and startup businesses.
The workshop will address questions of what to consider in valuing a
venture, how angels can make negotiations less contentious, what rules of thumb
can be used in crafting or measuring a portfolio and what insight into
effective portfolio strategy can investors gain by exploring data from actual
angel portfolios.
The curriculum for the seminar is part of The Power of Angel
Investing developed by the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and presented by
the Angel Capital Association. Lead
instructor, Bill Payne, is a seasoned angel investor, part time Montana resident and a
member of the Frontier Angel Fund.
The workshop will be held on Thursday, April 24th
from 9:00am to 1:00am at the Grouse Mountain Lodge, 2 Fairway Drive in
Whitefish. There is a fee of $75 to
