George Ostrom's Glacier DVD Launch Party

Description:
George will provide a live narrative during the showing of this captivating DVD which depicts the majesty of the four seasons of Glacier National Park. This DVD was created by Earth VideoWorks (a national production company) from hundreds of photos taken by George over the years as he hiked and climbed throughout Glacier. George is a local historian, author and a member of the Over the Hill Gang that has hiked thousands of miles in the Park.
Tickets are $10 per person and can be purchased in advance at the Hockaday Museum of Art in Kalispell, the Glacier National Park Fund at 540 Wisconsin Avenue in Whitefish, the Village Shop on Central Avenue in Whitefish or at the door the night of the event (if available). Georges new DVD will also be available for purchase at the event and all profits from the evening will go to GNPF and the Hockaday.The Glacier National Park Fund is the non-profit fund raising partner for Glacier National Park and our mission is to preserve and protect the beauty and heritage of the Park for the use and enjoyment of present and future generations.
