Stretching the jazz palette into the softness of acoustic folk and the accessible warmth of pop, Bozeman-based Jeni Fleming's voice carries melody with unusual resonance; she knows how to draw out the sensuality within a line, how to stretch notes like pulling taffy. Backed by the supple voice of guitar, light strings, and a humming bass, Jeni's sweet delivery, makes classical jazz tunes and originals as colorful and expressive as the seasons. The Jeni Fleming Acoustic Trio has traveled extensively throughout the U. S. in the past several years, bringing their own brand of jazz to performing centers.
