FREEZOUT LAKE WILDLIFE MANAGEMENT AREA FIELD TRIP
Join Flathead Audubon and Dan Casey of the American Bird Conservancy to witness the spring waterfowl migration at Freezout Lake Wildlife Management Area.
Participants will leave at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 29, from the K Mart parking lot in Kalispell and get to the Wildlife Management Area in time to watch Snow Geese arrive at Freezout Lake that evening. Participants are encouraged to stay overnight in Choteau. After watching the geese leave Freezout Lake on Sunday morning, March 30, participants can depart for home, arriving in Kalispell by 5 p.m.
