Friday, September 5 from Noon to 9 pm
Saturday, September 6 from 10 am to 6 pm
Sunday, September 7 from 10 am to 5 pm
The KEY point to begin with is this year’s Parade is like no other. Here’s why:
1. There are 23 homes in the Parade this year, from Whitefish to Polson, Marion to Columbia Falls.
2. Included in this year’s inventory of homes are thrifty and economical starter homes, townhomes, mid-range “move-up” homes and “dream” estates. This year’s parade truly has something for everyone.
3. The POH magazine is a professionally edited and published, glossy, full color publication of 100 pages, featuring not only the 23 great homes and their respective builders, but an informative and timely article on green building.
4. Prizes, Prizes, Prizes!!!!!! Over $5,000 in prizes will be offered in this year’s Parade of Homes.
5. To be eligible for the Grand Prize, you must visit at least 18 homes and have your passport ticket uniquely punched at each home and return your ticket with your contact information filled out legibly. You can leave your ticket at any home along the route when you are finished touring.
6. Each home will also feature its own “Home Showcase” where the crafts people who built the home will be able to answer your questions and discuss the methods and materials used to build the home. This will give folks a much better opportunity to really meet with the skilled professionals who do such great work on our homes in this Valley.
7. A portion of each Passport sold this year will be donated to the Ronald McDonald Family Room – a new addition to Kalispell Regional Medical Center. This is just one way the members of the FBA support the community.
