We, the Bigfork Community Players, are producing a comedy this Spring titled Airport Grille. It’s a classic comedy by a local playwright with humor, drama, and romance. And we’d like you to help us.

Rather than the usual auditions, we’re starting this production with three workshop sessions in January. Not quite auditions and not quite rehearsals, these sessions will give you a chance to read parts from the play in character and try out some of the roles in a non-threatening, informal setting. They will also give us a chance to try out scenes from the new play.

We’re recruiting ages 18 to 118 for all cast and crew positions. While we’ll welcome seasoned actors, we’re also looking for members of the community who maybe haven’t acted since high school, or maybe haven’t acted at all. We’re an adult, amateur theater company and we want participating in a production to be fun. So come play with us!

Workshops will be on three consecutive Tuesdays starting January 14, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Rehearsals will begin February 4, and the play will run for two weekends beginning April 18.
