Phil Miller, author of The Journey, is here to do a book signing! He has traveled all the way from Wisconsin and is coming with two of the the best Dutch gouda cheese makers in the world! The cheese tasting is free, and if you would like to do a paired wine tasting in addition, it is $10 per person.
