Our aerial hoop class is just one of many weekly classes offered at the Levitation Nation Aerial Studio, where fitness is fun! The aerial hoop classes are a perfect place for TOTAL BEGINNERS to start a journey in aerial fitness!! We hang hoops at a variety of heights (low for beginners), and anyone can execute simple but rewarding poses just sitting in the hoop on their very first day! Classes are offered every Monday & Wednesday, 6:45-7:45 pm.
