Presenter: Fred Miller has worked for more than 12 years as a commercial insurance agent in Helena and Great Falls, specializing in workers’ compensation. He currently works as an Outreach Trainer with the Safety & Health Bureau at the Montana Department of Labor & Industry, helping workers and businesses understand the importance of workplace safety. He teaches OSHA 10-hour classes to high schools across Montana.

Miller earned the Associate of Risk Management and Associate of Underwriting designations from the Insurance Institute of America. He holds an Occupational Health & Safety Technician certificate from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and is an OSHA-authorized General Industry and Construction Outreach Trainer. In addition, he holds a bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania.
