Join us for this month-long series to learn the fundamentals along with other beginners in a supportive, no-pressure environment!

In all acrobatic classes (silks and hammock alike), leggings are recommended to protect your skin from irritation. A sports bra and fitted shirt long enough to be tucked in will work, or a leotard is even better. No gum, zippers, or jewelry that will snag the silks. We also suggest bringing a notebook. Most importantly, don't forget a water bottle to stay hydrated!💧
