A series of six classes throughout the year for established businesses planning for growth and looking to maximize efficiencies and profit. Class size limited to 10 people. Members of the class will work with Sue Thompson with The CFO Agency on their own individual businesses guaranteeing useful take-aways from each class that they can put into action immediately as well as have access to Sue and MWED staff in between classes to answer questions in between classes.

The biggest key to success is planning. The good news is this is a skill that can be learned.

Having written goals with time and money tied to them is like having a crystal ball for the future.

Planning begins with the end in mind and then backs into the day to day so you can stay on track investing your time, money and energy in the best ways for you at the right time. Where planning becomes powerful is in reviewing what is actually happening vs what was forecasted. I call this Dynamic Planning. Life always happens in ways we cannot predict and the way we stay on track is by course correcting as it happens. The sooner we course correct the better we stay on track so the likelihood of achieving our goals is significantly higher.

Attendees will receive a format for planning and learn how to use it; beginning to create their plan in the class.
