Description:

Join Karina Ek with Flourish Yoga instruct a 45-minute long, all-levels Vinyasa Yoga class in a room temperature space from 6:15 - 7:00 pm.
After Yoga, all students then transition into the Community Sauna room reserved for all registered Yoga students from 7:00 - 7:45 pm.
