The Character Conference: Fighting For Our Lives Description:
The Character Conference is a free annual event focused on building character through positive decision making. This year, the focus of the event will be focused on developing resilience. This event, scheduled March 13th, 7:00-8:30pm at Glacier High School Auditorium, is geared toward students age 12-20, however ALL are welcome (parents too).  Noah Couser and Grady Bennett are the events main presenters, as well as a student panel including students from each of the area high schools who will be talking about developing resilience through difficult times, as well as coping strategies in the challenging world we face today.  This event isn't just for students who struggle with anxiety or depression, but for all people wanting to be encouraged in the normal everyday struggle called life. In an effort to provide attendees with additional assets and resources in our community, local counselors and other local resources will have booths set-up outside of the auditorium for students to interact with and become aware of as they leave.
