7:00 PM
North Valley Community Hall
Description:
Come join the Flathead Chapter of the Montana Native Plant Society event - "Bumblebees: Conserving Pollinators" as Dr. Tabitha Graves, U.S. Geological Survey Research Ecologist, tells us about her research on bumblebees in the west, and recent efforts to monitor and research pollinators, including the western bumblebee. Tabitha will share basic information about the interactions of bees with a few of our native plants. She'll provide tips on how to identify bumblebees and how everyone can help us learn more about bumblebees.
