Flathead Audubon: May Potluck and Silent Auction
5:00 PM
Gateway West
Description:
Join us for our May Potluck and Silent Auction, one of our favorite events of the year! We enjoy seeing you, sharing food together, and having time to visit before the summer break.
Come prepared to bid on a wonderful assortment of items available for auction, including bird books, outdoor gear, artwork, live bedding plants, homemade baked goodies, bird houses, feeders, and more. And consider bringing your own items for auction when the doors open at 5pm. This will be a perfect opportunity to pass along items you no longer need that could be someone else’s treasure! (Be prepared to take home any items of yours that do not receive a bid.)
Kathy Ross will give a presentation on Native Plants and an election will be held for Officers and Board Members. We are unable to offer a virtual presentation for this meeting because of the variety of events taking place. For those of you who are unable to attend the meeting in person, please accept our apologies for this inconvenience.
The event will be held at the Gateway Community Center, Kalispell, Room 26 (located on the east side of building along Glenwood Drive). Doors open at 5pm for set-up, laying out potluck dishes, and prepping/viewing items for Silent Auction. The potluck dinner starts at 6pm. Please bring your own plates, utensils, and cups. There is no way to wash dishes, so bring a sack to take them home. The meeting and presentation will begin at 7pm.
Be sure to arrive early enough to look over and bid on silent auction items!
