This class welcomes beginner to intermediate practitioners and all fitness levels ages 16 and up. While we provide a beginner-friendly curriculum for both silks and hammock, hammock is widely recognized as the most accessible way to begin your aerial fabric acrobatic journey; the perfect entry point for anyone ready to awaken their unused potential.

What to bring / wear: Comfortable, form-fitting clothing (leggings recommended), water, and a willingness to try something new! No jewelry or zippers that will snag the silks, please. Bonus tip: If you love notetaking as a way to anchor your learning, feel free to bring a notebook.
