Native Plant Identification Hike
3:00 PM
Lone Pine State Park
Description:
With so many wildflowers beginning to bloom in May at Lone Pine, it’s well worth an afternoon spent learning to identify our native species. Learn a little bit about the area’s flora while you gain the tools to identify the plants of the Rocky Mountain Region on your own. Bring your favorite field guide (if you have one), water, snack, good walking shoes, and appropriate clothing for the weather.

**Call the visitor center at (406) 755-2706 Ext. 0 to register, as space is limited

**Cost free ($8 park entry fee still applies to out-of-state vehicles)
