Global Wellness Day is an entirely not-for-profit day, a social project dedicated to living well. The purpose of Global Wellness Day is to ask the question, even if for just one day, “How can I live a healthier and better life?”, to direct the thoughts of both individuals and society towards “living well” and to raise awareness.

Kids Project is the focus for Global Wellness Day this year. The day starts off at 11:30 where a North Valley Hospital Diabetes Awareness Fun Run will start off at the Wave parking lot. The Professional Therapy Associates will be giving free spinal health assessments for children and the Whitefish Lions Club will be providing eye exams. The Wave will also be hosting FREE Family Classes in the Gymnasium! Stop by the Wave June 9th and show your support for Kids Wellness!
