Our third pop-up dinner is this Thursday, June 23rd!
Behind The Supper Club is a team of local artisans passionate about gathering our neighbors and community around a shared table, and connecting over good food and great wine for an unforgettable evening.
Our monthly dinner party features a five course menu from a rotating local chef, with natural wine pairing and fun tablescapes in a beautiful setting. New each month, this is "the restaurant you'll never dine at again!
We're thrilled to have Chef Sam from Forage as our featured chef for our third dinner. Focused on local and seasonal, our June menu emphases our love for Montana and community, from the farms we are pulling from to the local florals and natural wines.
This Month's Menu:
AMUSE
Variations of sunchoke, green garlic, crispy pork belly, preserved lemon
FIRST COURSE
Foie Gras tart, strawberry rhubarb, hazelnut, hakurei turnip
SECOND COURSE
Butter lettuce, radish, lemon cream, mint, pea shoots
THIRD COURSE
Lazy K Ranch Wagyu beef cheeks, morels, fontina, asparagus, spiced jus
DESSERT
Lilac pot de creme, lime granita, honey brittle
Tickets are $200 / person, and include a five course dinner and six wine pairings.
