Flathead Lake Festival of Arts
Sacajawea Park - On the Shore of Flathead Lake and Flathead River
July 24, 2021 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
July 25, 2021 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
The Flathead Lake Festival of Arts is a two-day, juried event, sponsored by the Sandpiper Art Gallery, a non-profit organization. The show, featuring fine art and fine craft, attracts high quality artists from throughout Montana and the Northwest.
The Sandpiper Art Gallery presents the Seventh Annual Festival of the Art, with artists’ booths along Flathead Lake, with a serpentine walk below the historic Salish Hotel. More art than craft, this juried, higher end show features the finest regional artists.
The late Rich Stripp said of the Sandpiper’s art exhibitions: “Local panoramas in oil rub shoulders with vistas of the mind in pastels, acrylics and watercolors. Together, they speak to the twin functions that art can serve in a community; taking us places we already know and revere, challenging us to see things in a new way.”
