What to Wear:
We recommend ankle-length leggings or yoga pants and a long, fitted shirt that covers your torso to protect your skin from friction. Choose something you feel comfortable going upside down in! If you have a leotard, that’s even better. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

What to Avoid:
Please avoid clothing with zippers, metal buttons, or any jewelry (rings, watches, bracelets, anklets, etc.), as these can damage the fabric apparatus.
