These engaging classes are a great way for teens to build self-confidence, spark creativity, and discover their true potential! 🤸 Total beginners are more than welcome, and classes are open to ages 8–14. 🌈

What to Wear:
Please wear ankle-length leggings or yoga pants and a long, fitted shirt that covers your torso to help protect your skin from friction. If you have a leotard, that’s even better! 😊
Remember to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
