Aerial Hoop is an excellent starting point for complete beginners interested in aerial fitness! We set our hoops at various heights—keeping some low for newcomers—so everyone can try out simple, rewarding poses, even on their very first day.

For your comfort, we recommend wearing long, flexible pants like leggings to protect the backs of your knees, and a shirt you’re comfortable going upside down in. If you have a leotard, feel free to wear it! Bare feet or socks are perfect for class. We also have a restroom available for changing.

Please avoid clothing with metal buttons or zippers, and remove jewelry, watches, or anything that could catch on the equipment.
Don’t forget to bring a water bottle!
