🌟 Our Pole Choreography & Conditioning class is a fun and welcoming way to build strength and coordination while exploring movement on the pole! Each class begins with conditioning exercises to help improve your strength and technique, followed by a beginner-level choreography. Whether you're new to pole or looking to build a stronger foundation, this class offers plenty of opportunities to learn and grow at your own pace.
