This fun class is a beautiful blend of fitness, dance, and choreography; meant to help you get in touch with your sexy side! Absolutely no experience is necessary; and all fitness levels are welcome! These series are designed to inspire and empower women to be stronger 💪and more courageous through this incredibly fun dance💃modality! Heels are encouraged, but just bring socks if you don't have heels! Classes are every Friday in August at 5:30 pm. All four classes for only $60.
