This Pole Choreo series is perfect for both low and high beginners, introducing you to a variety of skills including inverts, laybacks, new spins, spinning-pole techniques, and more! Throughout this progressive series, you’ll learn a choreographed routine set to music, guided by your instructor. Classes will cover floor work, standing moves, and skills on the pole.

Don’t forget to bring a water bottle!

What to Wear:
You’ll need skin contact with your legs for some moves, so please bring shorts (a restroom is available for changing). Pair them with a tank top or crop top you feel comfortable inverting in, and go barefoot for the best grip.

What to Avoid:
Please avoid wearing anything with metal—such as buttons, zippers, rings, watches, or jewelry—to protect both you and the equipment.
