Montana Wilderness Association Guided All-Ladies Hike
8:00 AM
Ross Creek Cedars Trailhead
BULL LAKE, MT: Gather with a group of enthusiastic outdoorswomen for a ladies day out hiking through groves of ancient trees, climbing the shady and scenic Ross Creek toward the Scotchman Peaks proposed wilderness. We will hike through old growth forests and rejuvenating wildfire areas. Kick off your boots for a relaxing foot-soak in the creek, and enjoy the view of Flat Rock Waterfall along the way.

This is a free, guided hike sponsored by Montana Wilderness Association, lead by two experienced volunteers. The group will meet at the Ross Creek Cedars trailhead at 8:00 am on Saturday August 12. The hike is moderately strenuous, at roughly seven miles with some elevation gain. Hikers should be prepared for a full day out on the trail, and should bring good walking shoes, clothing for all weather, lunch, water, camera and bear spray.

Participants must sign up at wildmontana.org/walks for the "South Fork Ross Creek" hike, number 14. Hikers will be contacted by the hike leaders after registration with more specific information about the hike.
